Barokah Foto : Pityt & Rizki Pre-Wedding

Ever since I started my photography hobby back in high school, all of my best friends already asked me to shoot their pre-wedding photos someday if they got married. And I promised them that I will happily do that. For free. Haha.

Last month, I was so happy that I finally had a chance fulfill my promise to shoot Pityt's pre-wedding photos. One promise checked, still have another four for Decci, Dara, Dhea, and Firdha (hayooo yang namanya disebut, buruann!). Pityt herself is a best friend which I already known since elementary school. Though we went to different junior high school, we met again later in high school and she was my classmate for 3 years, and my deskmate for the last year. 

Barokah Foto : Dona & Yoga Pre-Wedding

The latest project from Barokah Foto was pre-wedding session for Dona & Yoga. Dona is our very best friend since college who usually had a role as our 'mother'. She did our haircut, cooked us delicious meal, and manage our money during our vacation trip.  This November, she will marry the man that she love. We can't hardly wait until November since we'll have short vacation to Lampung, where the ceremony will be held.

The pre-wedding session took place at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. The sun was shine so bright it almost reached 35 degree celcius. Ice cream and cold drink was our best friend during the session.

Barokah Foto : Dita & Hizry Pre-Wedding

Setelah sesi pre-wedding dari Aga & Kitty, saya dipercaya untuk memotret pre-wedding seorang teman sekampus, Dita namanya. Tapi kali ini saya tidak sendirian. Beberapa waktu yang lalu saya dan beberapa orang teman sepakat untuk merintis usaha jasa foto & video kecil-kecilan bernama Barokah Foto. Hitung-hitung untuk mengisi waktu luang dan memberdayakan kamera agar nggak nganggur terus. Saya dan Luqman menjadi fotografer, Ibun menjadi videografer, dan Nindy menjadi manager kami. Aga & Kitty Pre-Wedding Shoot

One day, my former class-mate in highschool contacted me and asked me to do pre-wedding shoot for her and her soon-to-be husband. I was really surprised back then because we didn't keep in touch that much. What made me even more surprised was the fact that she trusted me to photograph her one sacred moment in life. It's been a long time since the last time I did a proper photograph session with people. Yes, earlier back in college, I used to have this so called photosession with my friends (who pretend to be a model) - which is pretty much lame hahaha. And I only had this one pre-wedding session with my friend, Alm Budi, but that's all. However, I said yes immediately to her offering and took it as a challenge to me.

Luckily, Kitty and Aga is such a lovely couple. Kitty is the energetic - extrovert one while on the other side Aga is more shy and quite. I had no difficulties in arranging Kitty because even without my arrangement, she can strike like 100 different poses. Aga was little bit tricky. But all I need is just to ask Kitty to tell some joke and when he laugh, I shoot them with my camera. Natural pose will always be more lovely and alive. No argue.
